I.O.L.I. Monetary Gift Forms (Lace Trust)

The I.O.L.I. Lace Trust has been established to receive and recognize monetary donations. Donated funds can be directed in support of either the general operation of the organization or specific programs such as the:

• Book and Periodical Library

• Slide and Videotape Library

• Educational Grant Fund

• Jorgensen-Cohen Fund in support of the Lace Study Box

• I.O.L.I. Bulletin

• I.O.L.I. Website

• I.O.L.I. Proficiency Program

• Mary McPeek/Doris Southard Scholarship

Your contribution is important to the future of lacemaking. Please support the Lace Trust by donating:

• in honor of a friend, an inspiring lace teacher, or someone you would like to remember.

• for a special occasion such as a wedding, birthday or anniversary.

• as a contribution from your local lace group.

• to celebrate the completion of a lace project.

• to help preserve our lace heritage.

Donors will be acknowledged and their contribution will be recognized in the I.O.L.I. Bulletin.

Levels of donation to the Lace Trust:

• Patron - $1000

• Friend - $500

• Sponsor - $100

• Donor - Any Amount

All donations to I.O.L.I. for the Lace Trust are tax deductible. Please remember to ask if your place of employment supports Corporate Matching Fund donations.
