2016 Barbara Bulgarelli - For her service to I.O.L.I. as Chairman
of multiple committees, President, Co Chair of two I.O.L.I.
conventions, authoring the first journals, leadership in
establishing teacher database, setting up the Eunice Koon
Collection and the production of the Koon Collection for
lace study.
2018 Louise Colgan - For her many years of service to I.O.L.I. including as President and in many leadership positions;
as well as her dedication and promotion of lace through
teaching, designing and authoring of patterns.
2022 Devon Thein - Regular contributor to the I.O.L.I. bulletin
for over 25 years. Established the I.O.L.I. presence on
Facebook in 2014 and continues to manage the site. For
organizing the "Lace not lace" exhibit in 2018 and for all
her work in the Lace lecture series begun in 2020.
